Welcome to Delivery Date & Pickup Stellar. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Delivery Date & Pickup Stellar (“Delivery & Pickup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Shopify app that facilitates merchants to offer customers delivery scheduling across multiple fulfillment methods & storefront touch-points, including Product, Cart, and Checkout pages.
By installing, accessing, or using Delivery Date & Pickup Stellar, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all merchants and authorized users who access or use the App.
Downtime
We aim to keep Delivery & Pickup available and running smoothly. However, temporary downtime may occur due to hosting issues, maintenance, Shopify platform interruptions, technical problems, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by Shopify, hosting providers, third-party services, or other systems outside our control.
Refund Condition
The refund requests may be made within 5 days for issues caused by us, such as technical issues. Each request will be reviewed based on the issue and circumstances involved.
App Update
We may update or modify the App from time to time and, where appropriate, may notify merchants of material changes.
Governing Law
The agreement constituted by these terms and conditions and any proposal will be construed according to and is governed by the laws of Surat, India. You and Identixweb submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Surat, India in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions or in relation to any services we perform for you.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to modify any changes in the services. We reserve the right to refuse the services to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to provide the services and any other of our services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment.
